Advice on submitting files

Articles should ideally be sent as Word documents.

Pictures should be sent as high resolution (large) JPGs.

Please do not send more than 2MB in a single email. If you have lots of lovely items to share with us, send them in several separate emails or pop them onto a disk and send them to us in the post.
