Practice Heart in Uganda!

Veterinary nurse, Joy Howell, visited Buhoma and Karangara schools in Uganda on her most recent trip with the Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS); taking with her Practice Heart bags for all the children.

The charity is striving to improve the treatment and welfare of all animals throughout the world, whilst benefiting the people who live alongside, or are dependent upon, these animals. Education is key to WVS’s objectives and the latest trip to Uganda saw the opening of a poultry unit, livestock workshops, more children and teachers sponsored and the completion of several classrooms.

Joy said: "We had parties for over 100 children at the schools in south–west Uganda at Buhoma and Karangara and the photos show how well received the bags were."
